About the Role We are looking for a Robotics AI Trainer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on robotics systems, autonomous technologies, and intelligent automation. In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to robotics programming, motion planning, control systems, sensor integration, computer vision, and autonomous decision-making, helping improve how AI models understand and reason about robotics engineering challenges. You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the technical accuracy, logical consistency, and operational effectiveness of AI-generated robotics solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for robotics automation, intelligent systems engineering, and autonomous applications. Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including robotics workflows, automation strategies, and AI-driven system designs Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to robotics engineering and intelligent automation Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency Diagnose and solve real-world robotics and automation challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities Assess AI outputs for technical correctness, scalability, system performance, and operational reliability Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, inefficient implementations, or safety concerns in AI-generated robotics solutions and provide structured feedback Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on robotics systems, AI-driven automation, and autonomous technologies Requirements Background in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation, control systems, and autonomous technologies Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), simulation environments, and robotics development workflows is preferred Experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, motion planning, embedded systems, or machine learning concepts is a plus Ability to critically evaluate robotics architectures, AI workflows, and engineering solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay: up to ₹1500 – ₹3000/hour (project-based) Fully remote with flexible working hours Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and robotics research Exposure to advanced automation, intelligent systems, and autonomous robotics applications Flexibility to manage your own schedule while meeting project deadlines
