Role Overview We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Copywriting Intern who is passionate about skincare, content, and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how brand communication works across digital platforms. As a Copywriting Intern, you will support the Brand and Marketing teams in creating engaging content for social media, website, campaigns, and product communication. From writing catchy captions to assisting with video scripts and blogs, you'll help bring Deconstruct's voice to life. Key Responsibilities ● Assist in writing product descriptions, blogs, ingredient explainers, and website content ● Support the creation of social media captions, hooks, taglines, and campaign copy ● Help conceptualize and draft scripts for reels, videos, and influencer content ● Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter aligned with the brand tone ● Assist in drafting emailers, ad copies, SMS, and push notifications ● Research skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer insights for content development ● Collaborate with the Brand, Design, and Marketing teams on campaigns and launches ● Ensure content is grammatically correct, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines ● Support SEO and keyword integration efforts in blogs and website content ● Revise and refine content based on feedback from internal stakeholders Requirements ● 0–1 year of experience or internship experience in content writing/copywriting ● Strong interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or D2C brands ● Good command of English with strong writing and communication skills ● Ability to write clear, engaging, and concise copy across formats ● Creative mindset with eagerness to learn and experiment with content ● Comfortable working on social media, website, and campaign content ● Basic understanding of skincare products and ingredients is a plus ● Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Excel ● Interest in AI/content tools like ChatGPT, Runway ML, Clipdrop, etc. is a plus Nice-to-Have Experience managing personal content pages, blogs, or social media accounts ● Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends ● Ability to create catchy hooks and engaging short-form content ● Passion for storytelling, skincare, and consumer education What We Offer ● Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, science-backed skincare brand ● Hands-on exposure to branding, content strategy, and digital marketing ● Collaborative and creative work environment ● Learning opportunities, mentorship, and room for experimentation ● Potential full-time opportunity based on performance
