Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an EdTech Sales Executive. The EdTech Sales Executive will actively engage with prospective students, assess their educational needs, and guide them in choosing the most suitable academic programs. Responsibilities include generating and converting leads, building and nurturing relationships with clients, conducting follow-ups, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of approved universities and their offerings to provide accurate and reliable information to potential candidates. Qualifications Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and meeting sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospects and providing guidance Customer service skills to deliver a positive and supportive experience for students Analytical abilities for identifying student needs and matching them with appropriate educational programs Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities Experience in EdTech sales or academic counseling is advantageous Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of UGC- and NAAC-accredited education systems is a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
