Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Sales Executive based in Noida. The Educational Sales Executive will engage with prospective students, understand their academic and career goals, and guide them in selecting suitable educational programs. Responsibilities will include providing in-depth consultations, educating clients on UGC- and NAAC-approved programs, building long-term relationships with students, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve working alongside counselors to ensure seamless support and guidance for students throughout the enrollment process. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to engage with prospective students effectively. Proficiency in sales techniques, customer acquisition, and customer relationship management. Ability to provide informed academic guidance and tailor recommendations based on students goals and needs. Familiarity with UGC and NAAC-approved programs is a plus. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred. Experience in the EdTech or educational sales industry is a bonus.
