Salesforce Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional with expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and Agentforce (Salesforce AI agents) to design, develop, and optimize intelligent, automated revenue and customer engagement solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management) Configure and customize product catalog, pricing rules, discounting, and quote-to-cash processes Develop and deploy Agentforce AI agents to automate workflows, customer interactions, and internal processes Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, APIs) Build custom components using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Flows Optimize sales and revenue lifecycle processes using automation and AI-driven insights Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and performance optimization Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Experience or exposure to Agentforce / Salesforce AI / Einstein AI Proficiency in: Apex, SOQL, SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows & Process Automation Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs Knowledge of subscription-based business models and pricing strategies
