Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting real estate properties in the Whitefield area and beyond. Responsibilities include generating leads, providing property consultations, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. The role requires excellent customer service and strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation Skills: Expertise in identifying leads, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Communication and Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, and skills in building strong client relations and trust. Knowledge of Real Estate Market: Familiarity with real estate trends, regulations, and property assessment in the Bengaluru and Whitefield region. Organizational and Planning Ability: Capability to manage schedules, coordinate site visits, and document client interactions effectively. Proficiency with Technology: Experience using CRM tools, basic data entry, and other digital platforms for sales tracking and reporting. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
