Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Respond to customer queries through live chat in a clear and professional manner. Assist customers with product information, order updates, issue resolution, and general questions. Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution. Meet daily/weekly targets such as response time, accuracy, and quality of service. Ensure a positive customer experience at all times. Skills Required Good written communication skills. Fast and accurate typing ability. Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask. Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle multiple chats at once (if required). Ability to work in rotational shifts (based on process).
