Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience using Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word. The ideal candidate must be a B.Com graduate with the ability to prepare contracts, official documents, and maintain proper records. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers Prepare invoices, quotations, and financial reports Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work Prepare and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel Draft contracts, agreements, letters, and other official documents in MS Word Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts and contracts Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting and documentation work Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing activities Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and business documents Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to draft professional documents and contracts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Freshers and candidates with up to 1- years of experience can apply Salary : As per industry Standards Joining Date : Immediate Joining Office Address: Wagle Estate, Thane West Working days – Mon to Sat Working Time – 9:30 AM to 6:30PM If you are a recent graduate with a background in Accountancy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
