Job Description: Intern – AD Role Role: AD Intern Duration: 3–6 months Stipend: As per company policy Preferred Background: Mass Media / Communication / Advertising / Journalism / Marketing About the Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic AD Intern from a Mass Media background to support our marketing and creative communication activities. The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing content, shoots, and brand communication Key Responsibilities Assist in conceptualising creative ideas for campaigns, videos, and marketing collaterals. Support the team in script writing, content planning, captions, etc. Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and internal teams for creative execution. Help with pre-production planning, such as shoot briefs, references, mood boards, props, and scheduling. Assist during photo/video shoots with coordination, direction, support and content capture. Maintain shoot calendars, task trackers, and creative documentation. Support post-production follow-ups, including reviewing edits, captions, thumbnails, and final creatives. Contribute fresh ideas for brand storytelling and engagement. Required Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Journalism, Communication, Film, or Marketing . Good written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with an interest in branding, digital media, and visual storytelling. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines. Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office, Google Workspace, or content planning tools is preferred. Interest in photography, videography, scripting, or direction will be an added advantage. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be energetic, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. They should have a good eye for detail, a willingness to contribute ideas, and an interest in building a career in advertising, media, content, or brand communication. Learning Opportunities Exposure to real-time campaign planning and execution. Hands-on experience in content creation, shoot coordination, and brand communication.
