About the Role The role involves supporting channel partners and driving secondary sales across assigned territories, ensuring effective market penetration of power electronic products. Experience- 0-2 Years Experience Salary- 4.2 LPA/ Month + TA/DA + Incentive Responsibilities Assist in managing and supporting distributors, dealers, and channel partners for power electronic products. Drive secondary sales by ensuring regular procurement from distributors. Handle and resolve dealer issues related to pricing, service, supply, or sales. Conduct regular market visits for dealer performance checks and product visibility. Work closely with distributors to meet monthly sales targets. Identify, evaluate, and appoint high-potential new dealers in the assigned territory. Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retailer outlets. Collect and share competitor information, pricing intelligence, and market trends. Ensure dealer satisfaction and strengthen Eastman brand presence in the market. Qualifications B.Sc /B.Tech or MBA/ Post Graduate (Marketing & Sales) (Immediate Joiners) Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts Willingness to travel & Problem-solving attitude Good analytical ability and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets Customer-focused mindset Self-motivated and target-oriented Preferred Skills Experience in sales and marketing within the power electronics sector is a plus.
