Job Title: Customer Support Intern (Cashless Operations) Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Intern/Fresher to join our Cashless team and assist in handling customer queries related to our cashless services. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and a quick learner , with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries related to cashless transactions and services. Provide clear and accurate information to users through chat, email, or calls. Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through the resolution process. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach while interacting with customers. Keep records of customer interactions and feedback. Requirements Graduate / Final-year student or recent fresher. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable handling customer conversations and queries. Basic understanding of digital payments or cashless systems is a plus. Smart, attentive, and able to think on their feet. What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in customer support operations.
