Role: Sales Assistant - Only Fresher Required Key Responsibilities: - Visit mattress dealers, furniture retailers, and local shop owners on a daily basis - Generate new dealer and retailer leads in assigned territories - Present Fibrotech product range and explain product benefits - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors - Achieve monthly sales and collection targets - Ensure product visibility and placement at retail outlets - Share regular sales reports and market feedback with management Requirements: - Graduate in B.Com Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude to only apply - Strong communication and negotiation skillsComfortable with extensive field travel - Basic understanding of MS Excel and reporting What We Offer: - Salary: Rs. 300,000 per annum + incentives - Travel allowance -Growth opportunities within the company - Hands-on exposure to retail and channel sales
