About the Role
About the Role: Finaira is looking for an ambitious, agile, and people-oriented Graduate Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team. This is a role in which you will dive straight into the heart of how we build our teams. The Talent Acquisition Graduate Intern supports the recruitment function by assisting in sourcing activities, candidate coordination, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment operations. The role aims to provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to delivering efficient and positive candidate experience. The Difference you will make Sourcing and Pipeline Building o Review initial applications against predefined criteria such as years of experience, certifications, and language proficiency to support identifying qualified talent. o Conduct market mapping activities by researching competitor companies, hiring trends, and talent pools to support recruitment strategies and pipeline development. Candidate Experience & Coordination o Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers while managing calendars and ensuring smooth communication. o Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they receive the necessary interview details, meeting links, and office directions for a seamless candidate experience. Employer Branding & Social Media o Support employer branding initiatives by drafting LinkedIn posts and recruitment-related content. o Act as a liaison with universities and career offices to support career fairs, campus presentations, and graduate recruitment initiatives. Data Integrity & Operations o Ensure candidate information and statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) are accurately updated and maintained. o Assist in preparing weekly recruitment reports and metrics including time-to-fill, application volume per channel, and interview-to-offer ratios. | Requirements: What you will bring to the role Education: Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: 0–1 year of experience, including internships, student activities, or academic projects related to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, is preferred. Skills: The "Unteachable" Traits: Demonstrates passion, curiosity, resilience, and a strong work ethic, with a proactive willingness to learn and an empathetic approach when interacting with others. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skill, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders across different levels. Organization & Agility : Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced, evolving environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools, Power BI or social media sourcing is a plus. Strong ownership and accountability for assigned work. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams within and across functions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
