Primary Responsibilities (Apex-Focused) 1. Apex Development (Core 80%) Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, and scheduled jobs. Develop custom business logic, validations, and automation. Optimize Apex code for governor limits, bulkification, and performance. Write test classes with high code coverage and meaningful assertions. 2. Data Modeling & Integration Design and manage custom objects, fields, relationships, and schema changes. Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and HTTP callouts. Use Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming API where applicable. 3. Security & Compliance Implement CRUD/FLS checks, sharing rules, and secure coding practices. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security review and data protection standards. Secondary Responsibilities (LWC-Focused - 20%) 1. Basic LWC Development Build or modify simple Lightning Web Components to display or collect data. Use @wire and imperative Apex calls to connect UI with backend logic. Apply SLDS for consistent styling and responsive design. 2. UI Integration Embed LWC components in Record Pages, App Pages, or Experience Cloud. Handle event communication between components and Apex controllers. 3. Collaboration with Frontend Developers Work with UI/UX or LWC specialists to integrate complex components. Provide Apex endpoints and support for frontend needs.
