Engage prospective clients to promote gym memberships and fitness programs. Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable fitness plans. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with fitness trainers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on fitness trends and promote new services to enhance sales. Certified in fitness training (e.g., NASM, ACE, or equivalent) or sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment. Knowledge of fitness industry trends and customer service best practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
