Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and induction of new employees Help organize employee engagement activities and events Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies Support payroll and attendance tracking (if applicable) Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing initiatives Provide general administrative support to the HR team About Company: FivD Inc is an architectural design firm working collaboratively, we are a team of 120 + strong, multi-disciplinary adept at solving problems.
