Company Description The Foundation for MSME Clusters is a non-government, non-profit organization established in 2005 under the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), Ahmedabad. Conceptualized with the support of the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and the Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India, the Foundation promotes cluster-based development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Its mission is to enhance MSMEs competitiveness, generate sustainable employment, and alleviate poverty. The Foundation is a recognized leader in the development of MSME clusters across India. Role Description 1) Making phone calls to all the participants based on the physical attendance sheet / MIS data provided. 2) To check their participation in the training programme. 3) To collect the participant's views on course content, delivery, trainer effectiveness and overall satisfaction and recording feedback 4) To encourage participants to share their experiences openly 5) To capture specific complaints, difficulties or un-met expectations from the training 6) To check whether the participants able to apply the learnings in their work environment 7) To consolidate responses into summary reports for monitoring & evaluation purposes 8) To Highlight the common issues / feedback 9) To suggest the follow-up support as provided by the participants Fixed Remuneration: Rs. 15000 per month (as fixed during the time of interview) Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage Interested candidates may share their updated resumes at [HIDDEN TEXT].
