Company: FR8 Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Hyderabad / Field-Based Experience: Fresher or Experienced Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join the sales team at FR8. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, promoting logistics and transportation services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas Promote the company's logistics and transportation services Generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct meetings Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction Conduct market research and competitor analysis Negotiate pricing and close sales deals Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage Willingness to travel for field visits Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory) Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply Prior experience in sales, logistics, or business development is preferred Benefits Attractive salary with incentives Travel allowance Career growth opportunities Training and development support Friendly and dynamic work environment
