Data Mining & Lead Generation (60–70%) Research and build targeted lead lists for: Digital marketing agencies (USA, UK, Australia) Local service businesses (dentists, roofing companies, etc.) Extract and organize key information: Company name Website Email address Contact person Location Use LinkedIn, business directories, and web research for data collection Maintain structured databases in Google Sheets / Excel 2. Data Cleaning & Quality Management (15–20%) Remove duplicate and incorrect entries Verify email addresses using validation tools Maintain accurate segmentation of leads Ensure consistency and quality across datasets 3. Campaign Tracking & Reporting (10–15%) Update lead and outreach status regularly Track campaign performance metrics: Open rates Reply rates Bounce rates Prepare weekly outreach and performance reports 4.
