We will not read past the second buzzword. This is not a course. This is not a place to discover your interests. This is a role for someone who already did the thing and has the receipts. We don't care about your GPA. We don't care that you watched 40 hours of LinkedIn gurus telling you to add value. We care about what you actually built, what it did, and whether you can do it again here on real projects, with real stakes, where the impact is visible and the mistakes are yours to own. Who we're actually looking for Someone genuinely obsessed with LinkedIn. Not I post sometimes obsessed. The kind of person who can explain why a post died at 200 impressions, who has opinions about hooks, who has tested formats, who knows the difference between engagement that looks good and engagement that does something. You either grew your own profile from nothing into something people notice, or you did this for someone else and can prove it. You got your hands dirty. You wrote the posts, watched the analytics, changed your approach, and watched again. You've been in the arena, not the comments section. You want to take a risk on real-time projects and you want that work to matter. Good. That's the job. What you'll do You'll work directly with the founder on building and growing LinkedIn presence and content that actually converts — strategy, writing, posting, testing, and obsessively reading what the numbers tell you. You'll ship work that goes live and gets judged by real people, not graded by a rubric. You'll bring ideas, defend them, kill the ones that don't work, and double down on the ones that do. What you need to bring A track record. That's it, and that's everything. Show us a profile you grew and the numbers behind it. Or content you wrote that performed and the proof it performed. Or a client, a project, a campaign — anything where you can point and say I did that, here's what happened. Screenshots, analytics, before-and-after, links. Real evidence. No proof, no application. The variable is tied to outcomes, because we believe people who can deliver should be rewarded for delivering, and people who only talk a good game should self-select out at the application stage.
