Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Surat. The Personal Assistant will support executives with a range of administrative and organizational tasks, such as managing daily schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties. The role requires maintaining effective communication, scheduling meetings, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly while meeting deadlines and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling appointments Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively and professionally Competency in performing Clerical Skills, including data entry, record-keeping, and organizational tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
