About the Role
• Inspection & Sampling:Conduct in-process and final inspections of medical-device sub-assemblies and components per inspection plans.
• Non-Conformance Management:Document non-conformances, drive disposition decisions, and follow up on CAPA closures.
• Quality Documentation:Maintain DHR, DMR, control plans, PFMEA, and inspection records aligned with ISO 13485.
• Supplier Quality:Support supplier audits, IQA, and PPAP reviews with the supplier-quality team.
• Process Validation:Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, gauge R&R studies, and process-capability analyses.
• Root Cause Analysis:Lead 5-Why and Fishbone analyses for quality escapes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Audit Support:Support internal and external audits (FDA, ISO, customer) by preparing records and answering auditor queries.
