Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct detailed audience and keyword research to improve targeting and reach. Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance. Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, and other key performance metrics. Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging. Analyze data and performance trends to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and policy changes across both platforms. Provide clear reports and insights to stakeholders or clients. Requirements Solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and audience funnels. Experience with scaling campaigns and managing high ad spends. Good command of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and tracking setup. Ability to analyze data and apply learnings to improve results.
