Location: Bangalore Company: GIVA Experience: 0–1 year Budget: 3-4 LPA About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Associate to support the finance and operational requirements of the marketing team. The role will primarily focus on finance coordination, vendor payments, and process management, while also assisting in offline marketing executions and campaign coordination. Key Responsibilities Finance & Operations Handle PO creation and maintain proper documentation for marketing activities Coordinate with vendors for invoice collection, verification, and follow-ups Ensure timely payment processing in coordination with the finance team Maintain trackers for budgets, invoices, payments, and vendor records Support smooth financial operations for offline marketing campaigns and store launches Ensure all marketing-related financial processes are completed within timelines Offline Marketing Support Assist in executing offline marketing campaigns and activations Coordinate with vendors and partners for production, fabrication, and on-ground execution Work closely with internal teams including design, operations, and sales for campaign execution Support branding activities across OOH, print, and in-store branding channels Collaborate on creative development, including briefing and reviewing marketing collaterals Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 0–1 year of experience in finance coordination, operations, or offline marketing Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management Good understanding of invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and payment processes Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset What We're Looking For A proactive individual with strong coordination and operational skills Someone comfortable managing finance-related processes alongside marketing support activities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders Interest in retail, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands
