Role Description We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Nirman Vihar. The Telecalling Intern will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students over phone calls to provide information about our training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer queries, explaining program features, guiding students through the course selection process, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate call records. Qualifications Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate telecalling software Good organizational and time-management abilities Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships Familiarity with education or training services is an advantage Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent
