Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Executive Chef specializing in Pan Asian cuisine. The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing and executing a diverse menu, managing kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and maintaining inventory and cost control. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional dining experiences by combining creativity and culinary expertise to enhance the resort's reputation. Qualifications Expertise in Pan Asian cuisine, including mastery of various cooking techniques and knowledge of authentic ingredients Proficiency in kitchen management, team leadership, and training kitchen staff Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations Efficient in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to innovate and introduce unique and creative dishes Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience Prior experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a strong advantage
