Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in North Goa. The Field Sales Executive will engage with clients, build relationships within the local markets, and promote the company's products to increase brand visibility and sales. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients. Regular site visits and market analysis are integral parts of this role to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management Ability to conduct Market Analysis, Identify Opportunities, and Develop Actionable Strategies Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills Proficiency in using Sales and CRM tools for Data Management and Reporting Self-motivated with Excellent Organizational and Time Management abilities Previous experience in the food, retail, or consumer goods industry is an advantage Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
