Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Student Counselor. The primary responsibilities include providing career and academic counseling to students seeking overseas education opportunities. The counselor will guide students through university and program selection, scholarship opportunities, application processes, and visa requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with students, providing excellent customer service, and conducting informational sessions to address queries and concerns effectively. Qualifications Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored academic and career guidance. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational institutions. Familiarity with the education sector, including overseas education systems, exams, and admission processes. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach in managing students education plans. Proficiency in using technology and software for documentation and communication. Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or relevant certifications will be advantageous.
