Location: Bhopal Experience: 8 months-1 Year About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to build your career in IT recruitment, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates Conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding formalities Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 8 months–1 year of experience in IT recruitment. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good organizational and coordination skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) Knowledge of basic technical stacks (React.js, Node.js, PHP, etc.) Strong negotiation and convincing skills What We Offer Growth opportunities in IT recruitment Supportive and learning-oriented environment Exposure to diverse technical hiring
