Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates Conduct initial HR screening calls Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding formalities Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 8 months–1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
