About the Role

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 Per Month + Performance Incentives 1. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Client Success Associate to join our growing marketing agency in Raipur. In this role, you will be the primary link between our potential leads and the execution team. Your main goal is to ensure smooth communication, manage inquiries, and support our clients in their growth journey. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Lead Coordination & Support Prompt Response: Connect with inbound inquiries immediately to understand their business requirements. Verification: Screen potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our agency's services. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for the senior marketing team with qualified prospects. B. Client Relationship Management Onboarding: Assist new clients during the initial setup phase and collect necessary business information. Progress Reporting: Share regular performance updates and reports with clients to keep them informed. Feedback: Act as a bridge between the client and the internal team to ensure service quality. C. Operations & Admin Data Management: Maintain an organized record of all leads and client interactions in our internal trackers. Documentation: Follow up on administrative tasks, including basic documentation and billing coordination. 3. Candidate Requirements Strong Communication: Must be fluent in Hindi and have a good command of English (verbal and written). Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow internal checklists diligently. Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business. Interpersonal Skills: A polite and professional manner when dealing with business owners and partners. 4. Eligibility & Evaluation Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or B.A. are preferred but not mandatory). Work Experience: 0–1 year of experience in Client Support, Sales Coordination, or Front-desk operations. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply. 5.
