Job Title: Business Analyst – CPQ Project (Please apply only if you have hands-on CPQ implementation or transformation experience) Location: Remote (100%) Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) expertise to support an enterprise-wide CPQ transformation project. This role will focus on end-to-end CPQ solution delivery, including tool evaluation, process optimization, system configuration support, testing coordination, and Quote-to-Order process refinement across enterprise CPQ platforms. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and fully integrated CPQ processes are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end delivery of enterprise CPQ solutions across the Quote-to-Order lifecycle Lead requirements gathering workshops with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Product teams Drive CPQ tool evaluation and vendor selection activities Define business processes, functional requirements, and solution documentation Translate business requirements into Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items Coordinate CPQ platform configuration activities alongside technical and vendor teams Validate vendor solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives Support integration design across ERP, CRM, pricing, product catalog, and order management systems Assist in data migration planning and transition activities from legacy systems to modern CPQ architectures Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and standardization Act as the central coordination point between business and technical workstreams Ensure compliance, governance, and scalability considerations are embedded into the solution design Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives where required Required Skills & Experience Strong experience working as a Business Analyst on CPQ implementation or transformation projects Good understanding of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and Quote-to-Order workflows Experience with enterprise CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, Apttus/Conga CPQ, or similar Proven experience in vendor management and vendor selection processes Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies and user story development Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders Knowledge of CRM, ERP, pricing, product configuration, and order management integrations Experience supporting data migration and legacy system transformation initiatives Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently within a fully remote global delivery environment Preferred Qualifications Experience within large-scale enterprise transformation programs Exposure to SaaS-based CPQ architectures and cloud integrations Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous Contract Details 6-Month Rolling Contract 100% Remote Immediate or Short Notice Preferred
