Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pattambi for a Jewelry Salesperson. The Jewelry Salesperson will assist customers in choosing the perfect jewelry pieces, provide expert knowledge on diamond specifications and care, and create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include showcasing and explaining product features, handling customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organized and attractive display of merchandise. Qualifications Strong understanding of Product Knowledge, including diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry design Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized attention Attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods and fine craftsmanship Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in gemology or sales are a plus
