Key Responsibilities: Manage & update employee data in SAP HR module Handle Zoho People module (attendance, leave, employee records, master data) Prepare & analyze HR reports and dashboards Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in both SAP and Zoho Support HR operations & process improvements Key Requirements: Hands-on experience in SAP HR module Familiarity with Zoho applications (Zoho People preferred) Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Good analytical & data management skills High attention to detail
