About the Role
Generate New Business: Actively scout for new leads and clients through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits. Customer Relationship Management: Meet existing clients to nurture relationships, renew contracts, and upsell products/services. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Product Presentations: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and costs to prospective customers effectively. Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitors, and industry activity to identify new growth opportunities. Documentation Reporting: Use CRM software to track sales activities, maintain client records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
