Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chandigarh, for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing recruitment-related documentation. The role will involve building a strong talent pipeline and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties may include participating in employer branding initiatives and supporting HR-related projects as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and understanding workforce planning needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Data management, attention to detail, and documentation skills Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
