This luxury hotel provides an ideal blend of modern services and traditional Rajasthani charm. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conti CDP (Chef de Partie) role based in Jaipur at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre. The Conti CDP will be responsible for preparing and creating high-quality Continental cuisine while adhering to the established recipes and standards of the hotel. Key day-to-day duties include food preparation, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas, managing inventory, and collaborating with the executive chef and other kitchen staff. The Conti CDP will also play an important role in maintaining food safety, and quality control, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Continental cuisine dishes and extensive knowledge of recipes, techniques, and presentation standards. Strong skills in food preparation, plating, and quality control to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Experience supervising and training junior kitchen staff and coordinating kitchen operations effectively. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, inventory management, and cost control. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism at all times. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. A culinary diploma or certification in professional cooking is highly desirable.
