About the Role
Internship Duration - 6 months Role: HR Operations Mode - 5 days Work from Office Stipend - Yes Role & responsibilities- Onboarding & Documentation: Assist with new hire paperwork, induction processes, and employee record management. HR Operations: Update employee databases and maintain HR information systems. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee relations events. Preferred candidate profile- Exposure of working on Darwinbox HRIS, preferred but not mandatory Working knowledge of MS Excel will be preferred
