Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pachpadra for a Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) at Hotel Kaushal Regency. The Housekeeping GSA will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness within guest rooms and public areas, handling laundry services, replenishing supplies, and ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service. Duties also include maintaining inventory, addressing guest requests, and cooperating with the team to ensure an exceptional hospitality experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry tasks, including cleanliness, tidiness, and organization. Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and address their needs promptly and professionally. Experience in Training other team members or a willingness to learn and support team development is an asset. Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and multitasking skills are essential. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
