Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, for an AI Adoption Strategist. This professional will help in integrating AI technologies within architectural design workflows and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities in design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions, analyzing data, and providing training sessions to others on AI systems and tools. Other responsibilities include conducting market research on AI tools, maintaining partnerships with technology providers, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented AI systems to recommend continuous improvements. Qualifications Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their application in design workflows Proficiency in data analysis, research, and problem-solving in technological contexts Experience with software tools and platforms relevant to architecture or AI adoption Excellent project management and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows Previous experience in architectural firms or knowledge of architectural processes is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience A passion for innovation and a proactive mindset towards technology adoption
