Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Security Loss Prevention professional. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the protection of physical assets, minimizing security risks, maintaining compliance with security protocols, and investigating incidents. The role will encompass monitoring of physical and digital security frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with relevant teams to implement loss prevention measures effectively. The individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Qualifications Knowledge and expertise in Physical Security and Security Operations. Experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security practices and standards. Strong skills in interpersonal and professional Communication to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement loss prevention strategies effectively. Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance standards related to security is a plus. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Security, Risk Management, or Information Technology preferred.
