About the Role
Job Requirements About the Role The Credit Operations Manager – Retail Assets is responsible for managing end-to-end operational activities related to loan disbursals across PAN India locations. This includes handling original property documents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and overseeing a team of local operations officers. The role ensures timely and error-free processing of loan documentation while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TATs). Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Manage original property documents for loan applications. Execute on-ground disbursal activities such as cheque handling and preparation of documents for legal vetting. Collaborate with sales and credit teams to resolve documentation-related queries promptly. Liaise with legal and technical vendors for document verification. Supervise a team of local operations officers responsible for post-disbursal checks and physical document collection and scanning. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and TATs for end-to-end loan disbursal processes.
