About the Role: iKnowHealth S.A. (IKH) is a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology sectors and part of the rapidly growing IKH Group. As we expand into new international markets through partners, resellers, and distributors, we are strengthening our delivery capabilities to support scalable, high-quality implementations. We are now seeking for an HR Intern. In this role, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals. *Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law. Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Assist in the recruitment process, including screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience Participate in organizing company events and careers days | Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
