The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects including accounting, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, risk exposure management, ERP implementation, and system design. This role requires a technosavvy professional with a strong grasp of financial systems and frameworks to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Lead internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and implementing recommendations. Develop, monitor, and control budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic business decisions. Identify and mitigate financial risks to minimize exposure and safeguard company assets. Drive the implementation and optimization of ERP systems tailored to the company's financial and operational needs. Design and enhance financial systems, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and systems across departments. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and corporate governance standards. Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management for decision-making support. Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Proven experience in financial control roles within the agricultural or manufacturing sector is an advantage. Strong expertise in accounting standards, auditing practices, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience with ERP system implementation and management. Knowledge of risk management frameworks and financial compliance. Skills Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Technologically adept with ability to design and implement financial systems and controls. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
