Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and making job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, a passion for recruiting top talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities • Source top talent for healthcare positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates. • Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates. • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. • Extend job offers, and ensure all relevant documentation is completed before candidates are hired. #recruiter #hr #hiring
