Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves end-to-end sales conversions, nurturing client relationships and driving organizational revenue growth. The ideal candidate will confidently manage leads, engage with clients, and ensure satisfaction while aligning with the organization's strategic goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development (EdTech experience in executive courses preferred). Strong skills in business relationship building. Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Understanding of business operations and ability to align strategies with company goals. Self-motivated with dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
