Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports. Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Good-to-have skills Experience in social media hiring strategies. Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
