About the Role
Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Screening:- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Candidate Pipeline Management:- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Interview Coordination/Team Management:- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Facilitate smooth and efficient interview processes. Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Proficiency in using recruitment tools/Portals. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Desired Qualities:- Passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for talent. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
