Job Description: Monitor and support content and plans for various channels/platforms. Engage and nurture relationships clients guiding them through the course. Coordinate with clients with regard to submissions and assignments. Understand needs and ensure smooth coordination and communication with clients. Guide and help clients make informed decisions based on their requirements. Create, update and maintain client databases on a regular basis.
