Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role entails managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical tasks. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of daily front office activities. Qualifications Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls Proficiency in receptionist duties such as greeting clients, scheduling, and managing appointments Competence in general clerical skills like filing, data entry, and maintaining records Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and visitors Proven customer service abilities, including resolving inquiries promptly and courteously Organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software Previous experience in a similar role or administrative tasks is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications related to office management are an advantage
