The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will work closely with potential and existing clients, delivering tailored solutions, presenting products and services, and negotiating contracts. The individual will also gather market insights and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and refine strategies to meet client needs. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in lead generation, client outreach, and closing sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools to organize and track sales progress Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field Experience in technology sales or the software development industry is a strong advantage
